João also founded Urdog, an IoT startup, where he developed a smart collar for dogs and managed all aspects of the business. With extensive experience in engineering leadership roles at Toptal and Packlane, he specializes in building high-performing teams and implementing scalable AI and machine-learning solutions. João holds an MBA in Information Technology from FIAP, and completed executive leadership training at NYU Stern.
