Today I am interviewing Monika Johnson, a multiple award-winning owner of Super Sparkle UK, a leading children's party business. Monika was a drama teacher but in 2013 left to set up Super Sparkle. She wanted to offer kids the opportunity to get the most from their imaginations at fun-filled parties.

Her business grown over the last nine years and now she has a team of entertainers, teachers and musicians delivering amazing experiences at not just children's parties but corporate events too.

Monika talks to us about how she came to start Super Sparkle UK, the change of direction she went through, and her passion for community in her business.
