Principles of Accountability

  1. Be clear as to what accountability is (2:25)

    When
  3. The question about accountability is not so much "if", but "to whom"? (5:06)
  4. The client needs to say up front what level of accountability they want. (8:54)
  5. Learn the clients "accountability love language" (9:55)
  6. Gauge the clients level of commitment to the action. 11:00)
  7. Accountability & follow through can be helped by asking about potential roadblocks/speed bumps (12:05)
  8. The coach can provide a service by providing an upfront reality check (12:53)
  9. Accountability needs ot be handled in a coaching manner. (14:28)
