In this first episode with Rev Dr Rick Armstrong we get to know him and some of his history as a pastor and how he became the director of Lutheran Counseling Services. He shares some of his history of serving leaders after a "critical incident" like when he has worked with leaders after September 11 in New York, hurricane Katrina and others. Rick talks about how growth can occur during those times and the ingredients required at any time to grow and improve and get better. He also addresses the elements of self esteem, balance and accountability.
