Jennifer Dawn Robbins overcame her family's toxic culture to find the passion that drives her today. She sold apples off my grandfather's tree when she was eight. She then launched a cake decorating business in high school, worked for the Governor of Florida, and IBM in my early 20s. Always wanting to improve and do things her way, she founded her first software company at 23. That company developed point-of-sale systems for amusement parks, and she traveled the world while growing the business from nothing to over $1M in annual sales. After 13 years, she sold the company and purchased a construction company. The construction industry crashed along with her business the year she bought that company. Undaunted, she knew even the best entrepreneurs fail – it's the getting back up that makes you great. It is the journey to recovery that defines us - not the failures. Through her life experiences, Jennifer knows that developing the person leads to healthy businesses.
