Phil Barth discovered the power of expressing gratitude and its effect on stress relief, positive attitudes, and physical recovery. As with many of us, we go through life at a hurried pace without regard to the health and well-being of ourselves and others. A life-altering experience sometimes adjusts and adds a helpful perspective to the greater good in our lives and the impact on others. Can we recognize the potential stress producers in our life while discerning those stress producers in others? If we can discern stress in our lives, we can possibly help others reduce or eliminate stress. Through awareness and courage, we can reach out to others.
