Day 10: Beyond the NOW

- I want to spend time discussing delegation. Which I think is a major struggle for a lot for me and you. Racheal says on pg. 166
- This is one of favorite parts of the chapter because it just shows it levels to this. And after taking some assessments I realize I need to follow the processes even closer. Pg.187-188
- Now this is typically where you and I get in our heads and sabotage ourselves. pg. 189-196
The challenge of the week
It could be anything:
- If you are a parent delegate a task to your kiddo that you know good darn well, they can handle.
- If you are a wife delegate/communicate with your husband I need you can you do this…
- If you have an assistant and there is a task you know they should be doing it and you won't give it up because they don't do like you. Delegate it.
- Maybe you are a manager and not delegating task to employees you know it's in their job description, but you don't want conflict. Delegate it.
