(I won't tell you you "should" use it. :) Rather, it's something to consider. LOL.)
I "should" do this better.
She "should" stop doing that.
This "should" work faster.
The "shoulding" used to go on... and on... and on.
In fact, I used to even "should" myself without thinking. (Yikes!)
This showed up in my life as anxiety, depression, and a few more pounds to carry around on my body.
