That's not even a full point. Save yourself the time, money, and dignity and miss this one.
There's plenty of other movies about a sad Dracula moping around, just check one of those out. Seriously, just google "movie about a sad Dracula" and watch the first thing that comes up. It'll probably be Dracula Untold. That's a better movie than this.
