Just before Christmas I met up online with another of my dealmaking students - Clayton Shaw.

 

Now Clayton already had an acquisition under his belt when we first met - he bought a computer company with a friend some years ago - but since joining my programme in February 2021, he has made a series of real estate sector acquisitions - and has ambitious plans for more in 2022.
