For as long as I can remember, I was my own worst enemy. I had everyone else's back, yet it never even occurred to me to do the same for myself. What would that even look like? How in the world would you even start? 

Over the years I've learned how, and it has truly transformed the way I experience life from the inside out. Now, it's the largest concept that I teach.
