Does it ever feel like being consistent (versus procrastinating, or all or nothing behavior) is just a part of you or it isn't?

That's how I felt about it for a long time. I was NOT consistent in most areas of my life and instead thriving on taking action last minute with massive amounts of pressure, and would frequently let good habits fall away. 

It wasn't until I had some big goals that demanded that I get consistent when I decided to try to figure it out. 

I discovered that it's a muscle that can be strengthened like any other.
