When we do the things we HAVE learned how to do like shove your emotions down, compartmentalize, or avoid them, you quickly slip into unwanted patterns like overeating, over drinking, overworking, feeling stuck and blocked from creativity, lower capacity for joy, higher anxiety…
…the list goes on!
So today consider this a little 101 class on emotions, helping you learn how to set aside the struggle and step into power within them (instead of always being controlled by them).
