Description

I used to be the hardest on myself - every single flaw and mistake in any finished project jumped out at me, and I was blind to seeing many positive results.

This continued even though I longed for something different. I longed to not feel so terrible and feel so controlled by repeating negative thought loops, yet wondered if I'd ever get anything done without them. 

Then I discovered meditation and a new way to journal and began befriending myself.

Today I'm sharing my journey with self-friendship and tangible steps to begin this yourself if you feel called to.
