Description

Imagine you're going after your big goal, the one that lights you up that you felt drawn to so powerfully, and all of a sudden the terrible feeling of imposter syndrome floods you, curdling your blood. That dreaded sinking feeling with thoughts start spiraling down a negative path, the urge to just give up gets stronger. 

Now you have a choice: you can listen to those thoughts and believe that this feeling must mean that you shouldn't go after your goal…OR you can show up anyway and shatter the belief that you're an imposter. 

Today I'm breaking down the latter and showing you that just because it FEELS like you're an imposter, does NOT mean that you are one.
