I used to be the epitome of a perfectionist, and I wore that label like a badge of honor as a perfectionist as a pastry chef. When I changed careers and started my online wellness business, I had to learn how to ditch perfection and instead take action and show up consistently.

When I applied the same techniques I discovered to my personal habits, like meditation and working out, my life began to slowly, yet sustainably transform in a way that I'd never experienced before.
