In our culture, most of us aren't taught how to process emotions in a productive way that bring us closer to our goals or give us clarity and connection. Instead, many of us end up shoving them down, resisting or avoiding them, numbing or distracting ourselves from them, or reacting to them in ways we wish we didn't. In this episode I share what emotions are and how to process them in a way that changed my own life, empowering me in ways I didn't know possible.
