Have you ever found yourself noticing that August is approaching and can't help but feel a dread for the coming winter? I know it's crazy, right? Here we are in mid July and are already anticipating the end of summer when it's actually happening right now. 

Today I talk about how I used to experience each year as a handful of beautiful days that I'd feel desperate to enjoy, and yet somehow unable to truly soak them up when I were immersed in them - half of my mind fully away of it soon ending or going away. 

It wasn't until I learned about mindfulness and began practicing it did I learn how to soak up the joy of summer (or any joyful moment for that matter).
