What if worry didn't mean that catastrophe were actually coming? What if worry wasn't a sign from your intuition telling you that bad things are coming or good things are ending? What if in actuality, it meant there is something GOOD trying to expand from within you? 

It may sound far-fetched - I know I would've thought so way back when, when the majority of my brain power went into worrying about every foreseeable undesirable outcome my creative imagination could conjure.

Yet ever since being on this personal development journey, I've come to realize that this is very true. 

Worries are not truth.

Worries are a sign of other things that might be lurking beneath the surface of your conscious mind.
