It's my birthday and I'll reflect if I want to!
I'm 37 today and so I'm recording an episode. I think it's important to take time each year for reflections and what better milestone then another lap around the sun.
And this year, I'm more grateful than ever for the gift that is getting older. I don't groan or moan about aging. I'm thankful. I'm amazed at what's happened in my 37 years and in awe of what more can come.
I know that not everyone gets the gift and it's something I will not take for granted.
This episode was recorded in the corridor of the hallway of our fabulous hotel in Qatar because my husband and son were sleeping in the room - sometimes, that's what #bleisure is. It's making it work!
