This is an episode about planning - and it didn't go to plan!

I Initially wanted to share how I plan a year in business with my Executive Assistant, Amber, took an unexpected turn. Our planned December meeting faced hurdles, and I found myself overwhelmed and cancelling!

So, this episode explores the challenges of navigating unexpected obstacles and the importance of flexibility. From struggling with planning days to the realisation that I need to redesign my office and get stuck into decluttering, I share openly how I make it work - VERY imperfectly.

I'll also touch on the pressure of the new year and the urge to figure out the entire year's structure. We'll go into how I've worked on mapping set days for specific tasks and the significance of reserving time for personal travel and holidays.
