Ray Pastoors: Working for a bigger purpose
A case study from my book, The Art of Bleisure
Ray's innovative approach to integrating sustainability into digital marketing and his passion for travel make him an inspiring example of living the bleisure life. We first met during an Oxfam trek in Vietnam, where Ray's dedication to making a positive impact and his entrepreneurial spirit stood out.
Since then, he’s supported me in my business in so many ways. His curiosity with work has led him to undertake some fascinating roles in the last few years, least of which was working as a flight attendant for Virgin Australia. I love how Ray see’s work as experience, and although he likes to make money, it’s about so much more for him than that. There’s always a bigger purpose and it’s inspiring.
Ray Pastoors is the founder of True Green Hosting, a company that measures and offsets the carbon footprint of websites, promoting sustainability in the digital world. In addition to his work with True Green Hosting, Ray specialises in Google Analytics, helping businesses maximise their online presence.
