Description

This meditation was recorded during one of my online sessions. I am guiding you through a feelings-awareness meditation with emphasis on letting go tension in the physical and emotional body. This session ends with a journey through nature and a body scan.
You can do this session either sitting upright on a chair, on the floor (cross-legged or on the shins), lying down on your mat or bed. Whatever is most comfortable for you – and where you don’t fall asleep ;-)
