Do all your cues - the communications and interactions you have - create a response?
What cues - campaign posts, emails, content create a strong response? What prompts at the event - everything on your run sheets - the entertainment, announcements, staff interactions, signage, - does each cue cause a response? What should you do more of?
Which of these cues don't get much of a response? What could you do less of?
