Let's start this New Year with the realisation that we are enough just as we are.

We aren't broken and we don't need to be fixed.

I want to share this recording with you - it is a Relaxing Yoga Nidra practice that I shared with my meditation membership on Sunday evening.  Perhaps today you might get the chance to take half an hour to sit or lie somewhere comfortable (and safe) and listen.
