I've said it all season, I suck at rest. But y'all, diving into this topic has blessed my soul and I hope it's done the same for you. In this season finale, I want to leave you with an acronym that I hope will remind you of how you can simplify rest.
R - Reduces our fear
E - Eliminates our friction
S - Simplifies our distractions
T - Taste and see that the Lord is good
Remember, rest is good and necessary for our souls. It isn't something we work to earn, it's a place we can work from when we find true rest in Christ.
