Charlie graduated during the 2008 financial crisis, which determined his career trajectory. He's been with Northwestern Medicine for over 13 years. 

Charlie has advanced from Associate Construction Coordinator to the position of Director of Planning & Construction. He is currently responsible for the design & construction portfolio in the Central Region of Northwestern Medicine.
