Ryan has two decades of experience managing construction projects, including commercial spaces, site development, retail, and multi-family residential developments. Over the past 11 years at Gardner Group, Ryan has overseen the development and management of over $1.5 billion in commercial projects.
His work has earned multiple design awards and has been featured in prestigious publications including Utah Contractors Magazine and Architectural Review.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan is also an adjunct professor in the Construction Management Master's Program at Brigham Young University and has served as Chair of BYU’s Industry Advisory Committee for 10 years.
