Eric was a High School Science teacher for over 10 years until he decided to follow his passion of brewing and created Atypical Brewery with his friend and partner Nick Holwegner ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ”ฅ Eric and Nick teamed up with a few other talented friends to take an old dilapidated gas station and transformed it into an amazingly aesthetic brewery and bar!ย 

Eric says, "Those first eight to nine months were...scary..."
