In this episode host Falecia Dunn speaks of her journey moving from Texas to Los Angeles, California. She shares her back story beginning as an athlete in school then being introduced to performing from her Father. Upon arriving in LA, she didn't have a lot of money but had a job and a dream to make her mark in the entertainment industry. There were many ups and downs throughout her journey including losing both her father and brother in the same year. She overcame those trials and kept moving forward. Even though her idea was to come and strictly act, God had other plans for her. Falecia focused on dance for 3 years which led her to an opportunity to live in China for four months and even dance for Kanye Wests' Sunday service. After putting a pause on entertainment to pursue mentorship and business, Falecia now feels like more of a well-rounded artist. She's launched "The Hollywood Finesse" to give other artists like herself an opportunity to share their stories and truths about what it really takes to live your dream.
