Our guest today is Ryan Hill. Ryan Hill received his PhD from MIT and is currently finishing up his post-doc at Northwestern. Afterwards, he will become an assistant economics professor at BYU.

Ryan walks through the market scenarios and market failures of basic research and what governments can do to help further innovation.
