
Kristine is the author of the memoir How to Love an American Man: A True Story (HarperCollins, 2011).
The book has received interest from Hollywood producers and will be released in Europe in winter 2012. Krissy is also a contributor to women's lifestyle publications on topics of relationships and psychology. She began her career in the publisher's office at Simon & Schuster Publishing before moving to Italy to spend a year researching her family's roots and focusing on her writing. She holds a B.S. in psychology from John Carroll University in Cleveland and a M.A. in cultural media studies from Fordham University in New York. She has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Network and Sirius/XM's Oprah Radio, Inside Edition, Good Day New York, WPIX 11 News and The Rachael Ray Show. Her work has been featured in or on such outlets as the Today Show's website, Huffington Post, iVillage.com, Relish Magazine and a special issue of Better Homes & Gardens.
In October, Krissy will host a conference in New York with psychologist Ken Page to give young women tools to identify their unique gifts and to seek an intimate partner who honors and complements those gifts.
