On this episode Kaylan and Tori are joined by Jill Loyden to discuss the modern day goalkeeper. They broke down what the modern day goalkeeper looks like into 6 different categories. Each category is covered in detail and is capped off with a closing tip that you can use to develop in that area. Heres a list of each attribute and the closing tip you can put into place: 

1. Kicking Precision – Practice instep striking with both feet 
2. Physical – Be consistent in your workouts 
3. Quick Reactions - Put priority on being set and balanced 
4. Throwing - Know your range AKA practice at home and in team practice 
5. Technique - Be more mindful of controlling your body 
6. Mental IQ – Ask why!!!
