Description

In this week’s episode,  #220 - A Day in the Life, I’m getting real with you. Instead of a polished outline or a carefully planned topic, I wanted to give you an honest window into my day—the ups, the lows, the emotions I’ve been feeling, and the lessons I’ve been learning in real time. My hope is that by sharing my own experience, you’ll see pieces of your own life and mission journey reflected back at you.

We talk about what it means to normalize bad days, to stop trying to “fix” ourselves, and to create a peaceful space to simply be human. Whether you’re preparing to serve, out on your mission, recently returned, or supporting a missionary, this conversation is a reminder that you don’t have to be chipper and strong all the time to show up in meaningful ways.

You’ll hear me share my thoughts about surrendering to the hard days, allowing emotions instead of fighting them, and trusting that even in the midst of heartbreak, overwhelm, or low motivation, you’re still doing exactly what you’re meant to do. This is real life—and we were made for all of it.

As always, if you found this episode helpful, I want to invite you to subscribe if you aren't already, share this episode with your friends and missionaries you know, and write a review. I know this work will help LDS missionaries around the world and it would mean so much to me if you did. Until next week my friends.
