It’s officially 2023!
I can’t believe the new year is finally here. Welcome back! To kick off this year, I want to use this episode of Leading Lady to discuss how to know when it’s time to invest in coaching.
I work with clients in several different ways. There’s usually a common theme for when people reach out to me. The first is someone new to business and they want to get set up for success so that they can work smarter, not harder. They want guidance so that they can get a jump start on building their business with confidence and ease.
The second type of person that reaches out to me is generally an established business. They’ve been in business for a while and they’re really good at what they do. They’re so successful and now their business has taken over their life. So they find themselves struggling with work-life balance, boundaries, and priority management. They feel like their business owns them.
Furthermore, I work with people in a group coaching capacity and through the Annapolis Collective.
So how do you know if it’s time for you to invest in coaching? I’m often surprised at how women will put off investing in themselves. When you invest in coaching, you are investing in yourself. It pays off in so many ways.
