This episode felt very full circle to sit down and create. It reminded me of when I first started this podcast and I would share episodes that were just stories of my experience - storytelling is medicine. It feels so good, natural and aligned to be sharing stories again once a week with you. In today's episode I talk about an experience I had healing ancestry stories through my dreams, how to have compassion for others for wherever they're at and an interesting energy sensory I am experiencing right now.
