For debate #20 we're going to break down Ja Rule's debut album, Venni Vetti Vecci. Released in 1999, this album kicked off Ja's solo career. Ja is definitely known more for the latter half of his career rather than the beginning. So, we thought it be good to take a look at where it all started.
