Jesus has never asked us to be "enthusiastic admirers" of Him. He left us with a simple command, "Follow me." The problem is that we have taken the movement out of this command. We follow Him, by sitting in church, by singing worship songs, by not cursing around other Christians. Following Jesus in the American culture generally does not cost us anything. So we are challenged with this question, are you a fan or a follower of Jesus?
