In this particular story we see a series of events that escalated quickly out of control into a devastating situation. The issue was that the people did not allow God to be a part of their decision making process, but did only what was "Right in their own eyes." Our world today has found itself spiraling out of control, similarly to the event in this story. Could we see a better tomorrow if everyone chose to do what was right in God's eyes and quit living in such a selfish manner?
