Eric Schuller is the Director of Government and Community Affairs at Oasis Financial, and serves as President of the Alliance of Responsible Consumer Legal Funding. He’s also a veteran, with 22 years of service in the U.S. Army and the National Guard.

- He was born in Minnesota, but moved to the Chicago area when he was 8, and has lived there ever since
- He played basketball in high school, and was replaced due to injury by none other than Jeff Hornacek
- His first foray into government affairs was working for then Lt. Governor Quinn in Illinois
- He served as Quinn’s liaison to military families and families of fallen soldiers
- He still stays in touch with many of the families he worked with during his time in Quinn’s office
- After the Lt. Governor’s office, he moved to Operation Homefront, an organization that supports veterans
- In 2008, he joined his current organization, Oasis Financial, which provides financial assistance to people who have been injured in accidents and are waiting for their cases to settle with insurers
- Eric is active in all 50 states, and has lobbyists engaged in about 20% of the states at any given time
