In episode #053, we cover some of the current situations in America as well as a new way for medical students to learn. This episode's title is "RANT: Take Pride in Your Job" and reason being is because way too many people are getting job's simply for the title, and not delivering the results that those specific jobs deserve. If you are in the business of serving people, which is almost every business out there; government and non-government, business to business, business to consumer; then we need to become aware that we need to deliver on our promises and really take those promises and oaths seriously. Take pride in your job and do it not just well, but great. Average performance is not good enough, because at that rate, we don't grow in skill, we don't grow in self-awareness, and we will ultimately plateau or begin a down-trend.
