Here are 3 questions I want you to ask yourself:

1. Write 3 Words that Describe: How have I been showing up as a leader in my business these last 4 weeks?

2. Write 3 Words that Describe: How have I been showing as a leader in my relationships these last 4 weeks?

3. Write 3 Words that Describe: How have I been leading myself these last 4 weeks?

This exercise in and of itself is illuminating, but there's a 4th question that's the lynchpin to leveling up your leadership.
