Maybe you've heard of Methylation? Maybe not.

In a nutshell, it's one of our phase 2 liver detoxification pathways, as well as a biological cycle that creates our neurotransmitters, excretes excess hormones, creates new DNA, regulates gene expression, and yeah is kinda really important.
