Description

Finding and maintaining deep connections and friendships is challenging for most high-achieving professional women. If you have difficulties making friends, you are not alone.

No matter your age and life stage, it's possible to make new and meaningful connections and friends.

In this episode, we discuss a few common thought errors that make friendships harder to find and navigate. Thoughts about not belonging, time scarcity, fear of rejection, people pleasing, fear of failure, worry about what others think, and high expectations are just a few. Fear of vulnerability, lack of self-acceptance, and our expertise at comparing and despairing also often get in our way.

Listen to the episode to learn tools and strategies that make finding and having friends more easeful. Retreats are a great way to make new friends. The Mindful Healthcare Collective is too.
