Mindfulness is oftentimes introduced as a “tool.” In actuality, it is an intentionally created lifestyle that can seep into all the nooks and crannies of your life- if you practice it and if you let it.  Choosing to live a mindful life takes practice, learning, AND un-learning.

Mindfulness is about being rather than doing. It is a lifestyle.  It takes advantage of the power of your mind, the power in the pause, and the power in being present.
