Health doesn't just come from medicine- it comes from peace of mind, heart, soul, and love, and laughter. Attending to and nourishing all of these all at the same time leads to magic.
When you are fully nourished you can transform much more easily.
You don't have to push and struggle and have it be hard. From a nourished and compassionate place, transformation is easeful.
