Mindfulness is an antidote to loneliness whether practiced alone or in community.  

When mindfulness is practiced in community, the benefits are even greater.

Awaken together. Heal together. Play and be together.   

Community, even without mindfulness, is healing and energizing. Being together is MAGIC.

The Mindful Healthcare Collective is MUCH MUCH MUCH more than a Facebook group.  It is a collective and a community. We are a group of people working together toward a common goal.
