Description

Hard is not more valuable. Struggle is not more worthwhile. Busy is not better.

Recorded on Labor Day, we discuss how the culture of hard, busy, and struggle impede us from living our best, most authentic lives.

When you stop valuing being busy and you choose to drop your resistance to the world, you discover flow.

High-achieving women often feel that the fight is needed, that it's our job to save the world, and that we are supposed to constantly be busy and fix, change, and manage things.  It's possible to let it be easy, drop our resistance, and stop fighting.

When we do, we discover capacity, connection, and fun.

When we let go of the struggle and our attachment to hard,

We enjoy presence, patience, and appreciation.

Where might you be “laboring” unnecessarily?

How might life be different if you let go of the habitual attachment to hard and struggle and told a different story?
