This week’s episode is with Alicia Eaton, an Emotional Wellbeing & Behavioural Change practitioner. She is a qualified Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, as well as a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She is licensed by the Society of NLP as an Advanced NLP Therapeutic Specialist, which makes her a leading practitioner in the field worldwide.
Alicia has run a successful practice in London’s Harley Street for over 15 years combining both psychology and practical advice as she helps change children’s unwanted habits and behaviours. Alicia helps parents help their children with anxiety, fears and phobias, thumb-sucking, nail-biting, bedwetting, fussy eating and sleep problems.
Alicia is the author of four books:
Alicia had strong childhood experiences of anxiety given that her parents had both survived traumatic experiences during the war and as a result were extremely protective of Alicia and her sister. The refrain of her childhood was about how to avoid danger and to be prepared. She became all too aware of how restrictive and inconvenient life can be when one is ruled by fear.
