What does it mean to witness? Is it simply observing? Is it deepy knowing? And how can we witness ourselves? How can we know ourselves so that we can accept and be accountable to who we are? Can this knowledge affect how we see other beings? Today, I welcome you into Circle and invite you into this place of self love. We will explore what it means to see ourselves, to know ourselves, and what conscious decisions can flow from that intimacy. It is amazing to be witnessed and there is great power in witnessing. With curiosity, playfulness, and openness: let's get started.
